Day 5: Mazatlan to Guadalajara

On Day 5, we started with a delicious breakfast of Marlin picadillo prepared by our host Jesus.  We stayed with Jesus and Lizette and we were very grateful for their wonderful hospitality.

On the road to Guadalajara, we stopped for some shrimp tamales!  Delicious!

We stopped in Tepic for a quick tour of the town's historic center and market.

When we reached Guadalajara, we met up with an old friend of Axel's to visit his place.  You could say taht we did a bit of "off-roading" with the ambulance!
