Day 7: Guanajuato to San Miguel de Allende

We left Guanajuato late in the afternoon and drove two hours to San Miguel de Allende (SMA).  SMA has a reputation as a retirement town for Americans and other foreigners.

Thank you to Eduardo and his wife who hosted us for one night based on a last minute Couch Surfing request.  This was Axel's first time surfing via the web site, and it was great!

SMA lived up to its reputation as a cute town!

These were the best street tacos we had so far.  5 tacos for 70 pesos!  Delicious!!
